General delivery terms!
Delivery times apply only to products currently in stock
During periods of high demand, it may be possible to accept orders with insufficient stock to fulfill it. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund your money.
If required, delivery must be signed for by yourself or a trusted friend/neighbor.
We do not deliver to the armed forces, Po boxes or hotels.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we consider the address to be unsafe, for example, to a public postal address - if this affects the order you place, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 
Delivery promise
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible and adhere to the specified delivery schedule. However, during peak periods, there may be delivery delays beyond our control. We will be proactive and communicate with you as soon as we become aware of an issue.

Accept an order
Orders placed online are considered an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We try to make sure the availability information is correct, but sometimes stock can sell out quickly. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund for the clothing that is not available. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided regarding your address, personal details, delivery address and payment methods are correct and accurate.

Lost package
If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please inform us as soon as possible within 7 working days of the expected delivery date. Otherwise it will affect our ability to track the package and issue any refund/replacement due.

Customs import duty
Once the parcel reaches its destination, duties or import duties on any delivery will be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs, as well as cannot tell you what the costs are, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
